2. About KM Trends
KM Trends is an online polling platform that allows visitors to view polls, participate in eligible polls, and review poll results and trends.
Poll results reflect responses submitted by participating users and should not be interpreted as scientific polling unless a particular poll is expressly identified as such.
3. X Account Authentication
KM Trends may allow you to authenticate using your X account. Authentication is used to identify participating users and help enforce voting rules such as limiting an account to one response per poll.

4. Voting
Unless otherwise stated, each authenticated user may submit one response per poll.
You may not attempt to manipulate poll results through automated voting, multiple accounts, unauthorized access, bots, scripts, or other abusive methods.
KM Trends may reject, invalidate, or remove votes that we reasonably believe resulted from fraud, abuse, automation, or attempts to manipulate results.
5. Poll Results
Poll results are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. Results may change while a poll remains open.
KM Trends does not guarantee that poll participants represent the population of the United States or any other demographic, geographic, political, or social group.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to interfere with the operation or security of KM Trends, attempt unauthorized access to the service, circumvent voting restrictions, distribute malicious software, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
The KM Trends name, branding, logo, website design, original poll content, and other original materials are owned by KM Trends or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
Third-party names, trademarks, and services remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update parts of KM Trends at any time. We may also update these Terms as the service evolves.
9. Disclaimer
KM Trends is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Polls and results should not be relied upon as professional financial, legal, medical, political, or other professional advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KM Trends and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
